You did not get the key point. Separation of registry and registrar is not a matter
of who is able to run the registry or how big the domain share for NSI. It
is the fairness. Even if NSI domain share shrinks to 1%, the compeition
is not neccessarily fair. On the other hand even if NSI has 95% share,
the competition is not neccessarily unfair. By the way, do not get pooled by the
give-and-take trick. What ever ICANN aand verisgn is doing is for a PURPOSE.
That is, whatever will be done will benefit both ICANN and Verisgn. Got it?John
