This solution is easier than area phone codes. It is the best answer available -
it identifies each individual trademark.You would think those with power would
want these problems ended.
But - even many of the 'good guy' lawyers do not want
a solution to trademark problems. They would make excuses not to use any solution.
These disputes are, after all is said and done, their income.
So it is not just
ICANN, WIPO, USPTO, and DoC.
These people put their heads in sand - not wanting
to see the truth.
They expose their thinking parts.
I challenge them all to find
better solution - they will not (there is none).
They do not want a solution. This
one, being the most simple and logical, has been known since the beginning.
