Subject: Comment on Proposed Criteria etc.

My comment is perhaps more a question: Where do organization that
cover more than one region, esp. worldwide organizations, fit it? Can
they become an ALS? In what region should they join the RALO? Is there
best way to have input/vote by applying for recognition as an ALS in
all five regions? If so, is this not cumbersome?
