My client had a purchased a domain name for a
fee of $200.00 USD, from NIC.AM, this was supposedly his, with no
recurring charges according to the terms THEN posted on their
website. After a few years, nic.am then decided that they would NOT
HONOR their original agreement and decided to start billing him $150 USD
per 3yr term. When the agreement was, there would be no
further recurring fees..... This was done to all early
registrants. Probably in the thousands, they then proceeded to turn
off his Domain Name shortly there after. He has contacted them since,
however they will not honor their initial agreement nor would they refund
the original fees that he paid My cleint would have never
purchased this domain name had he known they would change the terms 2-3 yrs
later. Please provide us any information, as to how we
might compel ARMENIA to further honor their agreement. Thank you for
