Actually I have over 6,000 clients, and each one has a domain name.  So technically I was wrong in my wording, what I meant to say is that I have registered 6,000 domain names on behalf of clients using Tucows, Enom, and DotRegistrar, and have had the best experience by far with Enom.  I have been registering all domains through Enom exclusively since the beginning of the year.
