group that is evaluating the public support component of the applications needs to
complete its report by August 15. In order to allow time for proper analysis, review
and consultation, we need to stop collecting data by August 5 (Monday). Therefore,
be advised that any expressions of support for a particular applicant that are not
already part of the application need to be posted here by 5 pm August 5, Eastern
US Daylight time, if they are to be taken into account in our assessment. Of course,
nothing prevents the Board from viewing later, additional expressions of support
on this Board.
