L'Associazione "Ivrea Calcio" is a non-commerical organization
that is actively involved in the promotion of soccer, and more in general sports,
among youths as a important part of their education and personal formation.
Ivrea Calcio soccer team plays in the non professional Italian soccer league."Ivrea
Calcio" is increasingly relying on the Internet as a crucial means to promote
its activities and reach a broader audience. Because of the nature of its activities,
"Ivrea Calcio" , would welcome initiatives aiming at a better identification and
definition of a non commercial Internet Top Level Domain.
L'Associazione "Ivrea
Calcio" believes that the establishment of a .ORG Global Advisory Council is an appropriate
mechanism for ensuring that the .ORG Registy is operated in a way that is responsive
to the needs, concerns and views of the global non-commercial Intenet community.
Furthermore,
if NeuStar is selected to operate the .ORG Registry L'Associazione "Ivrea Calcio"
intends to participate in the .ORG Global Advisory Council at the Selection Committee,
Council or membership level.
