Dear members of the NCDNHC: We applaud your efforts on creating the "Evaluation Report of the ICANN/DNSO Non Commercial Constituency." The DotOrg Foundation does have some questions that we would like to ask to clarify the report.  We welcome any answers that you may provide and we welcome any comments from the community at large.
