Tilting at windmills as it is, I am of the opinion that bids for .ORG that include an entity that already owns, partially owns, or materially participates in an existing gTLD or ccTLD registry should be seen as deficient in nature.

The argument is one of competition. In the new TLD rollout, the vast majority of selections went to existing players. Once again, we have an insider having the favoured position for .ORG.

This isn't competition, it's rewarding those already enjoying market share, or being on the inside.
