I hope that ICANN will take note of their unfair procedures and RegLand will refund the money they practically are cheating us.

Sirs,

this afternoon I have submited several consultations at your webpage
regarding .INFO and .BIZ next domains. I found absolutely normal to give you
details of my credit card as it is usual in other suppliers just to
facilitate invoicing once surpased the claims period and ICANN has approved
the registration. This service is ABSOLUTELY FREE although in some cases we
are adverted that a US$ 2 fee could be charged, which is quite acceptable.

It is quite acceptable to be charged for domains approved, even in the
case that we refuse later to accept them. That is the way others do and is fair.
Is this your policy too and we failed to notice it? If this is your policy, we accept
to be charged and our obligation to pay......BUT.......then, not now.

Now I am immediately charged by you through my credit card with US$ 20 each
name consulted. This is absolutely abnormal and I guess it could be a
mistake, in which case I would ask you to correct it at once. If if happens
not to be a mistake and be your fee, please refund the amounts billed and
destroy the operations as it is unadmissible to accept such amount for what
others give for free with the same quality.

Looking forward for your confirmations, we remain,

Truly yours,
