please provide these information to the yokohama meeting, especially :

"n principle the registrar constituency is comprised of accredited
registrars onl, not of resellers of accredited registrars.

When the ICANN Board established the constituency, they reserved the option of accepting resellers and ccTLD registrars in the future, but have never developed rules for such memberhsip.

can you debate on this matter at the july yokohama meeting ?
