I only received my PIN via the post 3 days ago. Like most people my participation
in ICANN cannot take much time out of my week. So unless this organization is just
going to be bureaucratic waste of time, that is nothing more than a resume enhancer,
and all the real decisions are made before the discussion or votes even occur, then
there must be enough time, a set schedual and notification. If not then it will become
a corporate-run version of the Soviet elections mentioned by Jonathan Weinberg in
his well written comment.
