I STRONGLY disagree with parts of ICANN's report on IOD.
To summerize it up, the only reason IOD still has a chance is because of the comments
on the message boards.Does 4 years mean anything to you ICANN? 4 YEARS RUNNING,
A VERY STABLE REGISTERY. They have atleast 20k registerations, thats with an alternate
root. Why even consider awarding the registery to Neustar or Afilias? Have they been
around for 4 years? Yes, maybe they have a higher capital, but what good is that
without experience? Almost a half decade is a LONG time in 'internet time'.

have been working on the web for just about as long as IOD has operated the .web
registry. I am very knowledgable in internet domains and the way the internet works.
