When reading through the preliminary findings of the evaluation team the initial
reaction is definitely positive toward Afilas and negative toward IOD. However, few
moments later, after reading Chris Ambler's comments about the inaccuracies in the
report it's no longer so clear. I wish ICANN would check the facts and re-post the
report with the verified information. After all, as a non-profit organization ICANN
is *supposed* to remain objective. At least my faith in ICANN has seriously faltered
thorughout this process, and it's a sad situation the community at large can't affect
to the decision more. Of course, it's not unlike the real world where a government's
actions are often not approved by many of the country's citizens.
