It should be quite clear to everyone by now that the staff report is inadequate.

The right thing for ICANN to do now is to:

- admit that the report is inadequate

- start the work to make a new evaluation report (that, I'm afraid, also means rewriting the schedule)

- SOLELY use expertise that is accepted and trusted by "the internet community". This means they must NOT have any connection to ANY of the applicants NOR TO ICANN!!!
