| It seems as though Image Online Design was specifically
weeded out of the applicants and torn apart. At least 3 paragraphs were written in
the evaulatuon report abusing IOD and their .web application. Can NeuStar/Afilias
really do any better? And if so, will they run the .web tld in a manner that will
_INCREASE competition on The Internet? I doubt it. IOD has shown fairness and dedication
torward .web and they should not be picked on because of their size and their methods
they want to employ to run the tld sucessfully. Please take these thoughts into consideration.
