...which should be of great concern to the applicants proposing those names. It appears
that in this Public forum, that the public is mostly interested in ICANN ethics,
the future of the internet, support of IOD's pioneering efforts and a smattering
of support for .KIDS and .XXX. Should those other applicants succeed in gaining approval
for their registries despite the apparent failure of the marketing portion of their
current business plans (no press releases, no response to participants in this forum),
they will definitely need to get their acts together quickly or risk running out
of startup capital and being gobbled up by a bigger fish! I wish them all the best
of success!
