Hi. Why, pray tell, should labor unions have their own
domain, when they could perfectly well be covered under .org (or, if it were admitted
that they essentially function as attempted monopolistic suppliers of labor, .com)?
Even if there is some justification for such a special classification, will those
such as myself who are against (most) labor union activities be allowed to have
web sites in this domain, so as to better be able to respond to labor union claims?
Without such a requirement (which I doubt labor unions would allow...), they will
have an unfair advantage in the dialogue over unions, in that people will easier
be able to find pro-union than anti-union viewpoints. -Allen
