Congress is convening Wednesday and I was told by a Senator today that they can take
up new issues of this magnitude within a matter of hours. Even if no action is taken
by Congress or another entity, ICANN's process and decisions need to be watched carefully
with as many scrutinizing eyes as possible.
If they do the right thing - commendations.
If
not, we'll see.
I'm still hoping they'll do the right thing, which is award .web
to Image Online Design and disqualify Afilias until they hold at or under 50% market
share of a global registry.
