Is it just me or does this make sense. Use .sex or .xxx for porno sights.
On
the street, porno is limited to staying inside the store. Not in the windows.
Not on the roof. Not in other peoples stores or windows. Sure the porno
people have their rights. The issue isn't their rights, it's ours. Those
that prefer that their children not have to face running into those sights.
Give the porno people a place and let them go there. It would relieve the web
industry of a lot of problems and give those that must do what they do a place to
do it.
A place we the majority can avoid. A place that can easily be filtered
out by a small change in browsers. Give parents control that they can understand
and let the rest of us avoid the porno by choice. They get their rights and
so do we.
The economics are simple too. Give them thier old name with the
new suffix. They paid for the name, so let them have it with .xxx or .sex instead
of .com.
Ever try to explain to a 10 year old what the man is doing with the rope
to the woman in the mask???
