Just a note of confidence in Neustar's TLD proposal and comments, from a CLEC viewpoint. Neustar has routinely set standards of excellence in a similar role with vital areas of  telecommunications infastucture, notably telephone number planning, delivery and nationwide code adminstration. We have found Neustar's operating support platforms in this area to be excellent and responsive to industry requirments and the individual needs of Service Providers throughout the country. If selected, we expect NeuStar to meet and exceed TLD objectives.
