Dear ICANN,

In response to the ICANN evaluation, we thought it appropriate to express NeuLevel’s firm commitment to act as the registry operator to Blueberry Hill Communications if they are awarded the dot kids proposal.  Services will be provided using the technical solution, and similar terms and conditions to those described in other NeuLevel TLD Applications.  NeuLevel and Blueberry Hill Communications will reach definitive agreement within three weeks of award.
