ICANN says .XXX might be a freedom
of speech issue. I dont see how. Restricting adult sites from the .COM space is not
restricting free speech. If adult sites are banned from the web as a whole , that
would be a freedom of speech issue.
In fact adult material is restricted
from many places already , high schools, public malls etc. It be hard to imagine
someone wanting to open a strip club next to a high school and screaming "free speach".
