More than that -- don't think for a second that the examiners aren't telling ICANN precisely what they want to be told, in full view of us. We have seen this sort of thing with WIPO. They decide what ruling they want, and then provide the backwards reasoning to explain how they "reached" their conclusion. Yet the "conclusion" was decided at the outset.

You can bet that we are meant to view ICANN as the "objective recipient" of the reports. We are their audience. ICANN is putting on a show, with the examiners, their co-stars.

It's called "scripting." It's called "staging." It's called "collusion."

The examiners are not so "independent," I surmise.

Or am I just being cynical?
