      The evaluation team and ICANN staff stated that IOD should
have further evaluation, while name.space should not.
      However, ICANN board (that is going to decide on new TLDs)
is free to ignore those recommendations, so any application
can (theoretically) be approved.
      About IOD: I believe that IOD is very strong and
will be awarded .web
