Credit to the man - at least he was the one that actaually declaired that he had
some interestes in the applicants.On 1 November it was announced that he had associations
with CORE and Nominalia and would not be voting.

Perhaps if CORE had not infulenced so many applications (CORE, Afilias, JVTeam,
WHO, iDOMANIN, Universal Postal Union and the Museum Domain management association)
then it would have been viewed in a more "competitive" light on the public forum.
As
it is many people may have formed the opinion that Mr Abril et al have too many fingers
in too many pies and that does seem to be reflected on the public forums.
