Based on my observations
at yesterday's forum, ICANN has no plans for round two. They can barely get
through round one! They only reiterate that no application is being "rejected",
merely "not included" this time around. ICANN provides no info on future submittals,
fees, etc.
They obviously are trying to make the losers in this round feel
better than they should.
