I truly believed that something seemed incomplete about the decision when all the finalists had consensus written next to them and Afilias (.web) did not. 

It turns out though ICANN still decides to give Afilias .info.

I am confident that ICANN has reserved .web for IOD and it will probably negotiate certain conditions with IOD to be approved before actual assignment. 

We may have to wait a little longer for the .web; but, at least it wasn't unfairly assigned to Afilias.

IOD for .web!
