Icann's white paper is intended to deceive and trick all netizens (I believe a movie regarding ICANN called it the jedi mind trick). What Icann means when it uses the word "unique" is "anti-competitive monopoly". By authorative Icann means autocratic. Icann's so-called "community based system", in which decisions are made in secret by largely unelected boardmembers, is actually a Stalinist concentration of power by Dr. Cerf and his Cronies. Icann's declaration that it has the "support of the community" is the 21st century's equivalent of Marie Attoinnete's infamous "let them eat cake" statement. In contrast, new.net proposes the creation of friendly and competitive internet...................................
