Referendum Process - ballot initiative |

Icann should be subject to referendums
and ballot initiatives. Referendums should be held regarding the introduction
of new names. A ballot initiative could also solve the IOD and new.net questions.
Such a system would prevent the creation of ludicrous extensions such as .humanright
but would allow for the creation of better extensions suchs as .web. Ballot initiatives
give the power back to the people!
