All registrants' domain registrations would remain valid.<< Fair to all. Germane to internet development. Efficient in accomplishing ICANN's tasks. I wonder why it's so difficult for ICANN to find such a solution. Only by pursuing such an inclusive policy, ICANN will become the real ICANN, that most members of the internet world think what it should be like.
