        1.  Extortion of money from ccTLDs.

2.  Clandestine, secretive deals favoring entrenched companies which in turn pay ICANN's bills and salaries.

3.  Threats against existing competitive roots and companies, those companies having broken no laws.

4.  Intimidation of competitive companies in the domain name business.
