      This is why ICANN always avoids U.S.A meetings. The awareness level is much higher here; they don't want to face any real opposition.

Stealth government at work. But who is going to be hurt by these
"cloak and dagger" proceedings?

Fair Warning: When a gov agency wants to keep things quiet, we
             had better find out why.
