I thank everyone for their contributions to this discussion. There will be those who continue to disagree strongly with the policy documented in the paper and those who feel equally passionate in their support. That is inevitable in communities as diverse as those associated with the the global Internet, and it is the fundamental role of ICANN to provide a forum where these disagreements may be resolved through development of new policies.

Well, I have to say, what has been resolved?  Nothing!  If you were to listen to the voices in these forums you would know that the Original DotBiz and others in the free roots have not duplicated any TLDs in the namespace, but what have you done?  You are creating instability and the actions of ICANN may well be breaking the laws of the United States in it's attempt to discredit and destroy the alternate roots.  Will you now start a dialogue with them and try to resolve this, so far you have made no effort!
