in communities as diverse as those associated with the the global Internet, and it
is the fundamental role of ICANN to provide a forum where these disagreements may
be resolved through development of new policies.
Well, I have to say, what has
been resolved? Nothing! If you were to listen to the voices in these
forums you would know that the Original DotBiz and others in the free roots have
not duplicated any TLDs in the namespace, but what have you done? You are creating
instability and the actions of ICANN may well be breaking the laws of the United
States in it's attempt to discredit and destroy the alternate roots. Will you
now start a dialogue with them and try to resolve this, so far you have made no effort!
