Strongly support 6-10 new Top Level Domains |

The introduction of 6-10 new gTLDs with an evaluation
period seems like a good compromise in light of the complex issues involved. We can't
solve all problems related to internet addressing overnight; but introducing a handful
of good and meaningful top-level domains seems like a sensible, prudent, and conservative
thing for ICANN to do.
