I think that this is all very good thinking, But I will speculate that the "forces
at be" are already firmly trenched into the .com category. And will coninue to see
it done this way, lets not forget the other pieces of the puzzle like realnames.com
who under contract and partial ownership by Microsft will always get a significant
portion of URL traffic to thier designated sites. Trademarked companies already
have 100% protection, they just need to exercise these offensive rights. Using these
rights trademarked companies will push users into the new TLDs. Good luck
