This is the very sort of behaviour that I cannot stand, I can no longer tell if
a site is up or down or exists by "pinging" without knowing its IP address,
sure I can do a whois, but it's another few steps.
I have signed and I agree with the petition at http://www.whois.sc/verisign-dns/
