[wildcard-comments] Verisign DNS abuse

The anti-competitive nature of the Verisign system is likely to inevitably 
collapse the internet commerce system for the relatively small firms that 
cannot afford to cope with the commerce that the network's persistent abuse and 
corruption is compromising...  It's imperative that ICANN halt its heinous 
practices immediately, or risk engendering further backlash from the internet 
community.
