Verisign has no business redirecting lost traffic to a site that they own for
any reason! Their efforts amount to nothing but a technologically fancy form
of theft and portrays quite well their eliteist mentality. As a company they
already sell overpriced SSL's and bring legal action to anyone who tries to
compete. I will NEVER buy any of their products because of this attitude.
Their blatent display of the corporate "to hell with the public" mentality does
not and should not coexist with the name direction technology of the "public"
internet. It is a conflict of interest and brings unfair advantage to a
for-profit corporation who's interest and desire for benefit are only with and
for themselves.

I have signed and I agree with the petition at http://www.whois.sc/verisign-dns/
