[wildcard-comments] Verisign DNS abuse

ICANN needs to take a very hard stand against this gross misuse of the DNS 
system. As the designated operator of a public resource, Verisign needs to be 
held accountable to the public. As the steward of this resource, ICANN needs to 
ensure that the designated operator manages the resource for the public 
benefit, not to fuel corporate greed. If Verisign is unable or unwilling to 
manage the resource for the public benefit, then a new operator needs to be 
designated.
