That a company such as Verisign has been granted the right to affect the 
Internet community in this way is in fact a terrible indictment of the US Govt 
and displays a wanton disregard for everyone who has no financial interest in 
Verisign and supports the political interests of a small number of dangerous 
people.  ICANN's role is to prevent this scenario arising and so has a duty to 
the majority to enforce their will.
