Multilingual gTLDs (IDN)

Dear Stuart

What is the intention of ICANN in regards dealing with IDNs?

Are we going to apply the same proposed gTLD plan or a similar version 
of it? Or will it be upto the concerned Countries particular to each 
language?

This guideline need to be included in your plan since it is awaiting 
right there around the corner.
