  No, this is nto too old hat at all the situations surrounding the deligation
ofthe ccTLD .HT, is typical of some of the recent actions or lack there of in
this
case that the IANA and Jon Postel in particular, have been engaged in along with

their conspirators the ISOC and the IAB.  It is activities and mismanagement
such as this situation that is part and parcel to why the NewCo must have
control of the activities of these Organizations and put that control in the
hands of the Stakeholders and the implementation from a "Bottom-up" approach
to insure that this type of activity cannot happen as readily as it has happened

in the case with the ccTLD .HT.  This type of situation would also serve to
indicate
the need for a non all powerful board and that the majority of the control and
power
should most likely reside in the hands of the Councils alone with equal control
to
the individual Stakeholders as Karl A. and Myself have suggested and others have
been
coming around to support.
