  Why is this meeting closed? Whom authorized this CLOSED meeting?
Under what IFWP authority was this meeting determined? Who voted on having
a CLOSED IFWP meeting? Isn't the IFWP an open, transparent and fair process?
If this meeting is closed who are the principles organizing this closed meeting?
Are you aware that it would be easy to obtain a court injunction to force this
meeting
to be open to the public in that public resources are being discussed?

  Whom at the Berkman Center suggested or authorized a closed meeting dealingwith
public resources?  Names please.
