Metaserver to serve current DNS to geographically based DNS.

Keeping in mind that the Internet will continue to grow in the future, I was
wondering if it would be best to use street addresses as part of domain
names, ie- usa.washington.redmond.grove_street.10th_floor.microsoft. If
someone wants to use a name like www.onemind.com, they can register it as a
trademark, and they can pay fees to maintain a metaserver that will redirect
users to the geographic-based web address. How does this sound?
