New IANA Bylaws

Jon,

The European Internet Business Association would like to publically
congratulate IANA on the way in which it has integrated -in the fifth
iteration of the bylaws- the consensus reached in the IFWP meetings, the
needed requirements to make the corporation safe from capture by any one
organisation, the negotiations with NSI and the final concerns of the 
Internet Community..

As far as we are concerned, the first step towards the re-engineered IANA
-drafting bylaws that included all known consensus- has already been
acomplished.
