Jim,

You are making the assumption that the new IANA
will have a significant say. What assets will the new
IANA have ? Where is its funding coming from ?

Why focus on the bylaws and other mumbo jumbo
documents?  Why not focus on what can or will likely
happen ?

Let's turn the tables. Recently the ORSC was created
as a Delaware Corporation by Stef and some of the
other people active in the Registry Industry. Did people
go through the ORSC bylaws with a fine-toothed comb
looking for some conspiracy ? Why do people just
assume that the ORSC is OK ?

Turning the tables back, why not make the same
assumption about the new IANA Inc. ?
