Neustar comments on Draft Applicant Guidebook v. 4
Neustar appreciates the opportunity to provide the attached comment on the Draft Applicant Guidebook for new Generic Top-level Domains (gTLDs) (the "Guidebook"). We understand and appreciate all the hard work, time and efforts that have gone into getting the DAG into a position which we believe to be close to final.
