A request for an extension of the public comments period

I request that the public comments period be extended as prior 
comments intended to contribute to fixing defects in prior versions of 
the DAG that have been fully incorporated, and must therefore be 
re-submitted.
Another rational for extending the public comments period is the cost 
of preparation for the current meeting, and the effective loss of 10 
days of the comment period to time spent in the meeting itself, with 
the unfortunate dual requirement of communicating effectively with 
staff, and then having to record the communication in public comment 
so that the record function is not overlooked, and transparency lost.
