I place the follwing demand upon Registerfly.com, Enom.com, Versign.com and
ICANN. A complaint
will be filed naming these defenfanst in Federal Cout after 30 dates from
today. Additional claims
and damages may be asserted at that time.

Demand
That, Michael Moore registered 112 Domain names at Registerfly.com,
Enom.com reseller / agent. Both Registerfly.com and Enom.com are
authorized to sell and register domain names by ICANN.COM.
These names were entered into a database maintained by Versign.com
Count I - 112 names Registered, bundling
That, Registerfly.com unlawfully bundled other service with
the registration of each of these Domain named.
$4.95 compensatory $540.00
$1000 punitive $112,000
Count II - Extortion
Than on or about January 9, 2006 unlawfully seized the above
Domain names and demand $ 1000, for the return of names.

Count III - Names Sized and Redirected
That from January 9, 2006 to February 20, 2006 the Defendants
Unlawfully seized and caused 109 Internet domains.
$1000 a day for each Name 42 day $4,578,000
Count Iv - 28 Names refused to allow renewal
That the defendants unlawfully refused to allow renewal of 28 domain names.
$100,000 in Damages for each name.
